Clematis montana

Clematis montana and its relatives bloom mainly in May-June. The color selection is relatively limited with white to various shades of pink, but some representatives of this main group surprise us with a pleasant flower fragrance, others with double flowers or dark foliage. All clematis belonging to this group are extremely vigorous growers, some reaching heights of over 10 m! Ideal for use in pergolas or into trees.
The classification in pruning group 1 means that no regular pruning is required.
